Community groups and sports clubs across the District of Blaby are being encouraged to apply to the Council's Community Grants scheme to help with their projects.
£90,000 is available during 2019/20. Even more funding has been made available thanks to the money raised through the Love Blaby Lottery and a £2,000 contribution from Everyone Active.

Following the close of the period for registration of candidates for election at 4pm on 3rd April 2019, a total of seven applications had been received for the eight possible seats, and the persons whose names appear in the accompanying list stood validly nominated and were duly elected without a contest.
The newly elected Members will be in post for up to four years from 7th May 2019.
